Design Approval: All design concepts and plans will be presented for your review and approval. For E-Design services, you are entitled to up to 4 revisions. To keep your project on track, please provide feedback and approval promptly. Additional charges may apply for significant changes requested after initial approval or for delays resulting from a pause or break in services.

Fees and Payments: Fees are based on the service selected and are outlined in our pricing guide. Payments are due as per the terms agreed upon during the consultation, typically requiring a deposit upfront and the remainder upon project completion. We do offer payment installments for all services. We also accept various payment methods, including credit/debit cards and bank transfers.

Cancellations and Rescheduling: To cancel or reschedule an appointment, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled time, or those made without prior notification, will incur a $25 cancellation fee. Additionally, please note that due to the time and resources allocated for our services, we do not offer refunds for any services.

Portfolio and Photography: Finalized photos and videos of completed projects will be added to our portfolio. We will schedule both project and product photography as part of our service, including promotional shoots for various items. We will seek your consent before using any images or footage, which may also be featured on our social media platforms.

Confidentiality and Privacy: We respect your privacy and ensure that all design concepts, project details, and personal information are kept confidential.
Your project details will not be shared with third parties without your explicit consent.

Client Responsibilities: Ensure that the space is prepared for design work, including clearing any items or obstacles as necessary. Provide timely feedback and decisions to keep the project on schedule.

Package Options:

Days out: This package provides a personalized home decor shopping experience, tailored to your preferences over one or multiple days. It includes one-on-one assistance as we accompany you to your favorite department stores. You will have the opportunity to shop at your own pace, benefiting from our expert advice, tips, and styling strategies to create a space that reflects your unique taste.

E-Design:This package is a perfect solution for getting your project underway with professional guidance from our team. We look forward to learning about your project and equipping you with a personalized design board to bring your vision to life. Designed especially for clients who are located out of state, this service delivers a comprehensive visual representation of your design, ensuring you achieve an outstanding result no matter the distance.

Full Touch: For clients who want a more hands-on approach, our Full Touch Package provides complete support from start to finish. We’ll handle everything for you, including sourcing items in person or online, managing installation, and coordinating delivery. All you need to do is trust our vision. This package is perfect for clients in the Dallas, TX area who want a smooth, worry-free experience with attention to every detail.

Beyond Space: If you're ready for a comprehensive approach to your project, our Beyond Space package is the ideal choice. This service includes a detailed visual design, such as a mood board or E-Design, which serves as a mock-up of how your space will look before the final design is completed. We handle every aspect of the project from start to finish, including design, hiring service professionals, and overseeing completion. You won't have to lift a finger; we’ll take full control of the project, ensuring a seamless process and results you'll be thrilled with.
